Aerotect Headlamp/Fog overlays***
So I've searched the forums and didn't find much with the exception of one thread with blue headlamp overlays. I've tried contacting Aerotect via phone and email provided under 'contact us' on the Aerotect website and have gotten zero response. Anyone put the light or steel tint on their headlamps made from Aerotect? Since they are not replying, I was thinking about these. Anyone tried these yet?

I'm not trying to go for a blacked out look, just a slight tint that will compliment the SGM. Any input or picture will greatly help.

Have you applied headlight film before? If not, then you may want to reconsider doing your IS. I bought some film thinking that it would be a simple apply and trim, but the different bumps and angles on the headlight make it more difficult than it seems.
I've applied film to my 95 accord and 98 civic without problems since it's a fairly flat surface. The IS is a different animal all together.
You'll need a heat gun and experience to know where to stretch it and how to tack it down with a squeegee.
I'm not sure about the pre-cut film since this may be easier to apply since they adjust for the lumps and curves.

Yeah precut should just fit right in. According to the video it's a spray and lay deal, then work out all the air bubbles with a credit card like tab. Oh and to top it off a 20 dollar rebate for sending them 4 HD photos of the overlay on... Considering the fog overlays are only 15 bucks, they are paying me five bucks to apply it.

Aerotect took down some of the products from their website because they weren't selling as much, according to a rep. I emailed asking about the precut interior overlay trim, but I couldn't find it on the website. They still had a few but they just didn't put it on their website. I got a response from their email address within a week or so

Let me know how the pre-cut ones work out, if you do get it. I'm interested and would buy this if it's as simple as it sounds.
Also give them a call. You may get a faster reply. Sounds like business is down for them and they can't get to all of their emails right away.

So I got the RVINYLS done today. Looks pretty decent. I was scared at first since I've had no prior experience with vinyl overlay but after a few tries I got it to go on decently. Some air bubbles but nothing major.
Stock on passenger side and overlay on driver side. The fogs were done in the same shade, I'm not a big fan of yellow fogs.
Finished product, not bad for a novice:

Yes! Photos have been uploaded. However they gave me wrong info. The lady told me one was for headlight and one was for fog so I ordered one of each. The headlamps came with the fogs...
