I have a white coupe. Does anyone have pics of the light blue "benz/bmw" style tint on their car? I'm getting my windows done this weekend. Want to do a light light tint of any color and I just like the blueish tint they have.

 

Never seen an SC with one... I love the way the C-classes look but I really don’t think you’ll be able to achieve that with tint... the c-classes Glass it self it tinted giving it a natural look.... the blue/yellow/and other random color tints I've seen look gaudy and tacky..... Soo good luck... if you can get it to look like the Benz’s , if you think u cant, just stick with normal tint.....

I've got you covered on the blue tint... I did this about a year and a half ago on my GS.

The tint is SunGard Light Blue; it was installed by SunDial here in Huntington Beach.

I've been extremely happy with it and have had ZERO problems with local law enforcement.

Sort of a unique look... without looking like something you'd see on a Civic.
It's like the Mercedes tint, but a little darker.

At first, I read this thread and was thinking "blue tint? WTF". But that last example with the blue GS does look really nice. If you can get that on the Sc, I say go for it. Anyone want to do a little photoshop?

I too was thinking of getting the light blue merc style tint on my white SC...but couldn't find anything at the shops I went to, so went with normal dark tint...

but that blue on blue GS looks hella sweet...although I now that I see it, I think it would look kinda off on a pearl white car....just my $0.02

Some cars like that GS can pull off tint like that. But you just can't go wrong with a nice black tint job. I love my 20% black tint on my car, looks a million times better than with no tint at all.
