Default Bluetooth connection with kindle fire

Is it possible to connect my kindle fire using Bluetooth to my 2005 lexus gx470? I have updated navigation but not DVD. I would like to be able to access my music from my Kindle. I have been able to connect my Kindle using a tape adapter but I would love to get rid of the wires. Hopefully there is an easy solution. Thanks

There are a couple of devices that connect to the wiring going into the cassette player, that provide bluetooth audio. I use the top of the line Soundlinq SL3B-L, but there are others. You have to dissassemble the dash board somewhat to install it, so you might have a stereo shop do the work if you're not comfortablewith it. I did it myself but I have experience with car audio work.

Sound quality is as good as cd, and bluetooth phone and the cd changer still work normally. The SL3B automatically dismisses the Nav "i agree" button as well.

Thanks so much for taking the time to respond to my question. I appreciate the information. I think I will be taking my car to an audio dealership for the options you have suggested. Doing it myself seems way over my head.
Thanks again for responding.

I have a 2004 gx and installed same device works fine. To install I just had to slide radio components out as a module to get to the back to install the harness. I then installed the soundlinq in the glove box so I could upgrade firmware if necc and I also have the charging cord for iphone plugged in to the usb port provided
