Hey guys,
I got a great deal on a GX, but the only problem is it doesn't have the factory nav.
Is there anyway to purchase the factory nav. and install myself or do you know
of any aftermarket ones will fit/work?

Hi James.
Even if you could purchase, it would be a lot of $$$.
The only thing here that people would not do is retrofit oem navigation systems.

Yeah, trying to add in the factory nav could get expensive and ugly real quick. Your best bet, if you must have Nav, would be to get an aftermarket in-dash unit. They look like a normal stereo head-unit when the screen is hidden. The screen slides out when you want to use it. For a little extra $$ you can get ones that have a DVD player built-in. Some examples (Just pick the "Skip this step" link when it asks for your car type. They haven't researched the GX yet and won't tell you if they fit or not anyway):

Your best bet is to use your 5435.
Why don't you? It's pretty much oem, even better b/c it has the mp3 with the dvd.
