Aftermarket system with OEM NAV...

I saw a picture posted here a while ago with an aftermarket HU installed under the factory NAV...

Does anyone know who that was? I'm looking for them, as I'm wanting to do the same thing.

Can anyone provide any info on this? I'd like to install an aftermarket HU where the audio controls (under the NAV screen) are.
