I can't open my trunk with the remote key or the button inside the car after the snow storm lately.
I can only use my key to open the trunk.
Do you have this experience? Can you pls tell me how this happened? And how to fix it?

There's a small button inside the glove box, in the bottom left corner, that locks the trunk. Check to see if someone accidently pressed it.

Or the solenoid that works the latch is frozen. Should get back to normal come spring at the latest. Meantime you do have access, right?

slide the key out of your FOB and unlatch the trunk when u hear it release just pull up as hard as you can... tah daa!
