Replacing engine mount on 2006 GS300
Is it difficult to replace the 2 engine mounts ? Has anyone done it before and share some of the operation?
The local toyota service centre wanted 8 hrs for the job. I think is overly inflated.

One of the mount is bad so when starting there is a knocking sound.
Today I took the courage to send it to a private garage that did the job in less than 3 hours. Unlike what Toyota wanted 8 hours for the job. T
hey had to take out a number of things, the belt, the compressor and some brackets and trays. The tranny mount is the easier. But is also the most unlikely to be worn out.
