2006 GS430 shift kit?

LMAO!
I think he means disassemble the transmission pan and adjust the transmission (some bolt down there, I read about it very vaguely as the 2GS doesn't apply to our 6-sp trans) to make harder/faster shifts, a lot of the 2gen GS members have done it, but I don't think I've ever run across anyone in the 3GS forums do it.

You never know though, you could probably do it! But I'd recommend against it as the car is a sealed transmission.
Unless you have the machine, or follow in one of our members steps, I wouldn't touch the trans with a 10-ft pole. I've had tons of complaints from people who said they took it to a shop that did it wrong LOL!.
GL!
FWIW, you can always put the throttle response on SPORT, that really helps it hold in gear and take off is CRAZY sometimes

Now the 3GS (06 gs430) uses the A761E and while it's different than the A650E in the 2GS - the diagrams show that is has the same style of primary regulator valve and looks (from the drawings) to be adjustable.
I'm gonna look at changing the tranny oil and filter soon so I will definitely have a look a the setting and if it's on "1" or "2" I'm gonna crank it up!
Worst case, it sucks and I'll put it back...

I know this thread is way old, but I have searched all over this forum. Can anyone confirm the A761E can be adjusted? Or, has anyone had any experience with this kit? https://www.sonnax.com/parts/4452-li...re-booster-kit
