6k 4DS HID lights with matching SMD 5 LED parking lights
Well ,second mod to the car after I installed the tint. Swapped out the stock 4300k HID bulbs for 6k bulbs. What a difference! The light output slightly diminished, color is a more brilliant white with bluish/purple hue on the focus line instead of the yellowish white color. Lookes very menacing in person as the inner lights match perfectly with the head lights. Wanted to take a head on shot, unfortuantely the camera phone can't adjust the color of the lights properly without it being to glaring or to dim.
Hope you like, I know I am very happy with them.

The mini bulb (parking/city light) is always on at night. Your high-beam bulbs (also known as DRLs) are off when you turn on the headlight. The OP is taking a shot of the mini bulb being on.
If you want all 3 on at the same time, you need a relay kit, tapping off of your high beams, so that your fogs stay on at the same time.

Where can I get a relay kit? Would I be able to put HID in the high beam and be able to have them on and off? Only issues I was thinking about is with the DRL might interfere with the HID unit... Have try to put LED 9005 in and they were flashing on and off...

Running a relay kit, your daytime running lights (high-beam bulb for clarification) will act normal, except it's 100% brightness through DRL and high beam.
The way this works is the relay will take it's power source via battery, it will use the DRL/highbeams signal as a remote wire.
You can get a relay kit from one of our vendors. Or visit :http://www.hidpro.com/
Call them and order the relay kit, shouldn't be too much, tell them Norman with the Lexus GS sent you, They should hook it up.
