GS300 AWD - Big Lump
Okay, overall I like the GS. But has anybody sat in the AWD model? The transfer case for the AWD is on the driver's side and there is a huge lump that directly interferes with the drivers right leg. Lexus is known for paying attention to the small details and I can't believe they let this get to a production model. A friend of mine sells Lexus and he said alot of buyers are upset with this and obviously he is too because it's already cost him a couple of sales. They definetely have to change this for the next model year. I'm still in awe that they let this happen.

Pole Position
I saw this right away when I looked at the GS on the showroom floor and though o man that is going to be annoying but it actually doesn't bother me at all. I am 6' 2" and I the hump rarely touches my leg when I drive and I kinda just got use to it being there. But with that said I agree it is in an odd possition.
Altough... I just thought of somthing as I write this, in the right hand drive models is it on the left like in our cars? If it is it would make sense there... seeing that it would be on the passenger side not interfering with the driver. Probably a logistical issue to switch it over for our left hand drive.
Just and Idea.

I've driven my AWD 1,400 miles so far and although I don't like the looks of the "hump" and agree that it should have been designed better, it has not interfered with driving of the car at all. I don't even notice it's there. Not enough reason not to buy but that's just my opinion.

2. All 6 of your posts are pro -Infinitiy
3. That is not a design flaw. Do you even know what a design flaw is? Flaw means it has to be replaced, this is not a flaw.
4. Your spreading crap.
5. I edited your title because you don't know what a flaw is.
Don't get me started on design flaws, seen the M35/45 dash?
Keep this up and your stay here will be short.
