Someone have OBD II Problem before

Default Someone have OBD II Problem before

Yestesday the check engine light lit it or TURN ON again in my cluter. I put my EOBD and OBD II Scanner and not read nothing. I go to Auto Zone and nor the scanner it work in my port OBD II?? Before starting this post, I just checked all te fuses and they all work. Any else that I need to check or someone experienced this before? Any help is more than appreciated in advance. Thanks again.

Double check the cigarette lighter fuse, it usually shares that one.

Thanks for let me know that. But like I said before, I was check all the fuse before put the question here. I just take out the lip cover that is attach to the OBD II port and try again with my scanner again and this time the scanner work fine on the port. Maybe was a frozen wire cable and when I take out the OBD II from the cover the wire cable for the port OBD II just woke up. LOL I happy that really no was a mayor issue with it. The code was P0300. Cylinder Misfire, Intake air leak. Recent I change the Throttle Body but do not change the rubber gasket. I bought already today the new OEM gasket and I'll install in several days to see what happens? Because a few months ago I change the spark plugs and all 3 coils. So, let see what happen after I put the new gasket?
