Default wiring issues? How to check?

Earlier, I was trying to replace a bulb for my dome light and all of a sudden I heard something miniscule just blow out, no dome lights work, the odometer rested, the tilt steering doesnt work, power lock doesnt work, my keys dont work unless everything is done manually.
I am wondering if the problem is from wires in the Kick panel fuse box, if so how do i check and resolve this problem?
Thanks!
