2013 Gs 12 speakers vs 2005 bmw 7 series
Hello guys
i don't know alot abut luxury cars but i was wondering
How does the 4gs 12 speakers (premium) audio compare to the 2005 bmw 7 seires
I'm comparing those two cars becuse i think that the 7 series have the best sound system that i ever heard
i'm not sure but i think it's 10 speakers logic7
Is the gs 12 speakers non-mark levinson better
Are they the same or at least compareble
I can't have the mark levinson speakers
exuse me for my bad inglish and thanks

Hey, I really don't like writing disparaging comments about other cars, people, etc... but I'd recommend to stay away from the older 7-series. I don't know anything about the 2005.. but I know more than a few people who have been stuck with 7-series lemons. Also, check out the resale value on them. My friend's dad had a 7-series with only 23K miles on it, 3 years old. And the resale was significantly less than half the original purchase price (almost 1/3rd). The car was spotless inside and out and taken very good care of. It did turn out to have a gasket problem after the new owner drove it a bit, unfortunately. Note, this is in Canada where resales are typically a slightly bit higher than the US.
So put speakers aside and focus on something that will last first .

forget about the BMW, I am in the parts biz, and I sell parts to those cars everyday, brakes are the worst, and electrical problems, the cooling leaks, and parts are not cheap, trust me , and i had 2 of my friend lemon there cars after 1 yr., its gonna break ur piggy bank for sure, and just like Mehran said, resale value down the toilet.the sound sytem in my kicks ***, I have heard the 7 series one also, it's ok, but i will take the GS anytime over it.driving a 7 series doesnot turn heads, but drive a GS, and everybody will be looking.thats my opinion, it's all up to u bud.good luck.

I think he's just trying to compare the sound systems, not the cars. He knows what it sounds like in the BMW and likes it. So he's asking if the Lexus systems (non ML and ML) are better.

When I bought my 4GS, I test drove a 5 series BMW before the Lexus. Stereo in the '12 Beemer was very nice. I think it's comparable to the Lexus. I like mine in the 4GS, especially when you put it in surround. Just my 2 cents.
