I tried to turn my key after I put the key in the ignition and the key wouldn't rotate. Thanks to one of the previous owners I don't have an owner's manual. I'm thinking someone might have tried to break in or something for it to lock. So if anyone can help me, I'd really appreciate it.

you sure the steering wheel ain't locked? or if the gear is in park? or the ignition tumbler could possibly be damaged.

Actually it was the fuse the whole time haha
