I can't believe I'm asking this question. I know how to do my own brakes, oil changes, tune ups, all fluids changes. But have no idea how to remove the darn wipers. Is there a trick?

You have to un-clip it and then pull the wiper rubber off, with the metal pieces. You then have to insert the new ones with the metal strips and snap it back it's a pain in the butt by very simple. Sorry my directions may be bad.

Be sure to raise wiper arm first.

So the inserts are the only thing that gets replaced? Not the whole wiper just the rubber?

u can get the inserts from the dealer it will cost u abt $18 or Denso makes the complete wiper set I can get u the part number tomorrow, which are the OE manufacture for Lexus.

I already bough a complete set of wiper from Pep-boys. How do I swap out the wipers? Can't seem to remove it.

there is clip in the center, jut pull it up and unhook it, but I am telling you,u better off buying refills from the dealer and swapping it and they will outlast any wiper.
