Default How to change windshield wiper inserts?

I just bought some windshield wiper insert refills from Sewell. However, I don't see a "release" of any sorts on the F's wiper arm to release the old wiper blade. How do you release the old blades?

I have not yet changed mine, but I'm told that the basic principles for changing the blades are on the PDF doc attached.

Default Wiper Blades

You just pull them back all the way. And they slide off the arm. Its tight. But it does continue to move.
