yup really stealerships
So yesterday I had went to get my carpet replaced. I purchased a vehicle from a non lexus dealership that needed the HVAC TSIB repair. The carpet was soaked and the non lexus dealership paid to get new carpet. I was at service and they quoted me $2047.82 for carpet and install where the SA stated the carpet is $1200 and labor is $800. WTF really it took me about 45 minutes to remove the carpet... anyways when I went to pick up my car I went straight to parts and saw the computer screen with Lexus' cost for carpet is $545. I ended up picking up a set for $632.32. really.. 50% over cost....

Everyone's gotta eat.
Someone's gotta pay for your free bar service, free loaners, free car washes (done by hand at my local dealer), plentiful service advisors & sales reps. .

My local dealer lol.... Sewell's great to work with too folks, if it's small parts you can always negotiate with them too!
Yup yup! Even my 90k timing belt service was negotiated... I believe 800 or 900 bux w/ a ton of extra work done.
