New Brake Pads - GREAT PADS!
So... it was time for new brake pads. No fun. I went to McGrath Lexus in Chicago (who has an AMAZING service) for warranty service, and they told me what I already knew. If i want to go with OEM pads, I have a choice of "Squeaks" or "excessive brake dust".
So I took my car over to Bucaro Brothers on Ashland where the owner told me about Adaptive 1 brake pads. I had my front rotors resurfaced and had my front and rear pads changed. I have had my pads on for 2 weeks now and I have ZERO squeaks and no visible brake dust. I could not be happier with these pads.
I know that this is not the most fun subject, but I wanted to share my experience with anybody looking into a stock pad replacement.

I have the oem low dust pads and they do squeak from time to time. But, the service rep told me that i need to brake really hard to remove the glaze over my rotors. I was doubting him, but gave it a shot and sure enough it works. So if you guys experience squeaking, give this a try. The best part is you can continue to use oem parts.

I have the pep boys top of the line ceramic, too me I noticed it stopped better, and less squeaks then OEM. The only time they squeak is when it is cold outside (Ceramics need heat to work properly) and I pull off for the first light after that they are smooth and quiet.

After 3 attempts by my dealership over a 4 year period to get rid of my squeaking and dusty brakes, they finally got it right on the 4th try. I've know have almost NO dust, and literally no squeaking at all for the past year.
This is what they used:
DISC FR ....................... 43512-30350
DISC FR LH ................. 43516-30040
PAD KIT. DISC BRA .... 04465-30450
SHIM KIT. ANTI SQ ...... 0495-30330
All work was done under warranty, so I don't know the cost, but I consider this the magic formula for my brakes and I'll stick to these parts in the future.

I've been running the OEM low dust pads(part # you provided) for maybe close to like 6K. And just recently they started to make loud squeaking noises. I thought it wad due to the cold weather or what not since I only hear it when I brake after starting the car. I think my case might be needing to add more anti squeal since I now pump the brake a few times before moving and the squeaks go away. I don't want to have to drop $ again for some after market pads since mine still have alot of meat left.

Especially cars from the Gulf with the sand, im almost sure if you bought a really good lithium grease and grease the calipers the noises will stop
