Default Wagner Thermo-quiet ceramic brake pads. 👍

So my brakes went out and I needed to replace my pads. Rather then waiting on shipping for akebono's I went to my local auto part store (o'rileys) and picked up a pair of the Wagner pads w/ life time warranty by the way... And I must say they work very well. LOW brake dust and no squeaks! I would highly recommend these pads! Been about 400 miles so far and no issues. Cost was about $60.

Always good to know of another quality brake pad option.

Thanks for sharing.

I have a buddy that is a service tech at Toyota dealership and I asked one day when he was doing a brake job if he used OEM pads. His answer was, " we never use OEM pads. We always use Wagner thermo quiet"....... Every since then that's all I been using. No complaints.

I agree with you guys, the wagners are great. I have them on my Infiniti M35 and with 40,000 miles on the pads they show little wear and produce hardly any brake dust. I like them so much that I put them on my LS a couple weeks ago. I actually prefer these over the akebonos.

Can you give us some insight on how you did the brake job? I have read the manual online and did some searching but just wanted to see how you did it.

Thanks

Do a forum search on brake pad replacement -we put out a lot of info on DIY brake job. If memory serves me right user cmasten posted pictures.
