Question TPMS on aftermarket rims and tires

Can you anyone tell when where I can purchase TPMS kits for aftermarket rims and tires. I will go to the dealership as a last resort. I have a 06' GS 300. Thanks.

I was told that they can use the existing sensors but need a rubber gromit kit. Is this incorrect?

You can use existing sensors, but your rims would need to be TPMS compatible (i.e. auxiliary hole in the barrel).

This isn't exactly accurate. So long as your valve stem hole is in the correct position than most rims will work. I just experience this today.
