93 GS300 key fob problem

Hi. My key fob stopped working. I replaced the battery and it still doesn't work. Is there anything we need to do to reporgram the key fob to the car?

double check the alarm switch on the left of the steering wheel next to the side mirror switches.

I did that one time, replaced the key battery and everything. lol
