Default Tampa Folks Looking for a good tech for suspension diagnosis....

Hey guys i recently picked up my car 98 GS400, and it drove fine no vibration shimmy nothing. Well after i installed my drop springs (Teins) and dampners and 19's the car vibrated bad around 55-67. Below that nothing, above that it smoothes out. So I had the front wheels and tires balanced no change. Then i had it aligned and that only made it worse now it starts at about 43mph and doesnt calm down till damm near 65mph. When i had the alighnment done i asked them to check the steering rack and they said it was tight, and fine. I'm in need af a good shop/tech thats going to diagnose the problem and not rake me over the coals if you know what i mean. I'm wondering if due to the mileage 170k that maybe some worn bushings are rearing there head due to maybe a change in the suspension geometry ?

thanks guys.

Steve-

Da*n dude. Alignment & balancing and nothing fix, that sucks. I have no idea what it could B. Just so U know, I had ALL of my work done at Lexus of Clearwater; they're very familiar w/aftermarket add-ons (they installed ALL of my aftermarket listings below, ALL of them). + they're the specialits for our cars. So, I'd try a dealership, mayB the Tampa 1.

Thanks for the heads up, it was mentioned to me that i may need hubcentric rings and after a few phone calls and talking to a few people it was highly suggested that i use them with these wheels so i ordered some on tues, should have them by thursday. I hope they work, i'll keep everyone updated.
