Default Car Vibration??

Whats up guys,
I have 99 GS 300. It starts to shake little bit once it reachs 60 MPH and vidration goes away after 70 MPH. The shaking is only in the steering wheel nothing else seems to vibrate.
I have recently got the tires balanced, but that didnt help.
Car was in a small accident but no suspension was damaged, atleast they didnt say it was. however it didnt vibrate before the accident. It has about 67000 miles on it.
what could be worng with it any suspension components that I should get inspected?
oh yeah The front brakes are new.
If you know anything at all please let me know.
Thank you,
JR

could be couple of things off the top of my head

1) alignment
2) loose steering column (pretensioner)
3) steering rack bushings
4) lower control arm bushings

One more question for you "rominl" my GS3 revs at almost 3K when in doin 70MPH. It had never bothered me till I drove my freinds GS430 that thing revs much lower, close to 2K. do you know if GS3s are supposed to be like that or there is something wrong with my tranny?
I have had the car for a long time it has never given any trouble.

That sounds about right but I will check tomorrow when I go out for a spin. but I think 60mph should be about 2.4k and so 70mph @ 3k sounds about right.
