Default misfire issues

I have been trying to figure out what the issue is for a few months now. I am getting the random misfire codes on cylinders 1, 3 and 5. I have a 1999 es300 I have replaced all 6 spark plugs and changed the 3 coils but the code is still there. When I hooked it up to the code reader I got p0300 301,303 and 305 but they come up twice and the second time they have pd after them. I'm also getting p0330, p1346 and p1349. Any help would be gratefully appreciated....I don't want to just throw money at it and hope it fixes it

I'd venture a guess the bank 1 vvt valve is failing. I bought one for $30 and it took all of about 15 minutes to replace.

^^
The OCV on bank 1 surely looks suspect.

Actually I was cash strapped at the time (Christmas!) and did a search and bought it on ebay. Has been working great since then.

Had the exact same thing happen on mine. Only it was bank 2, 2,4,6 misfire codes.I was on the road in Colorado Springs and lucky enough to be 5 miles from a Lexus dealer, Bought the part and installed it in their parking lot in 10 minutes. All I needed was a 10mm wrench, which they let me use. I proactively changed bank 1 when I got home a few days later.

I replaced bank 2 last summer...I should have replaced both... but I ordered the new one today so I will know in a few days if it solves the issues
