AC Light on Control Panel Blinks and AC goes out

I turn on my AC on either Auto or Manuel and after 30 secs or so the AC light blinks and then no more cold air. Anyone else have this problem?

A/C clutch relay is your problem

my car does the same thing. the common[i think] speed of compressor doesn't line up with engine issue. only happens when raining, so i have assumed mine was water on the cluth or belt. i guess the relay is more common issue that the newer es 3xx have

Hello I'm having the same problem with my 94 es300, it started yesterday, when I was running the defrosters during rain. Can anyone diagnose this problem for me?
