Memory mirrors
Was having a problem with memory mirrors not tilting down when car was put in reverse and not keeping the memory setting. I took it in to dealership today and they said there was a bulletin on the issue. They are ordering the parts for repair.

Funny you should mention this tilting mirrors. I always hated this feature but I wanted to revert back to it. I went over all the sets via the navigation system and could not find anything about this. Until I read the owners manual. Seems if you keep the mirror adjustment switch on the drivers side door to the middle position, they won't tilt. If you move the switch to either the L or R mirror side, they will tilt. Who would have thought. But I assume you know this and there is a malfunction in your electrical system that governs this.

Not able to set the mirrors memory
Once while reversing I changed the tilting postions of both the mirrors since then I am not able to bring back to the setting I actually wanted. I tried different ways but when I put in reverse it goes back to the tilting position which I changed once. By keeping the master know in the dot position of L and R the mirrors gets locked and do not tilt but well I don't want that. Can any one suggest how to change the memory it is really frustating every time I reverse the car? currently I manually adust the mirror positions and then continue reversing the car
