I hear noise when i turn
When ever I make a turn, left or right, I hear click, click, click, click, click, click until the wheel is straight again. What is wrong with my car and how much to fix?

sorry but you need to provide more info.
does it sound like it is coming from under the hood or outside the car?
does the speed of the clicks increase with the speed of the car?
does it happen in forward and reverse?
is anything wet or moist around the belts or power steering pump?
have someone stand outside the car as you circle around them, is it on left side, right side or both, is it from the front or from the rear?
my first thought is a CV joint is going. Rebuilt CV joint and 1/2 shaft is about $100. About 2 hours to fix and that is not racing against a clock.
It may also be the wheel bearing(s).
On the simple side, when you are turning, is the steering wheel cranked over all the way, either way?
If so, does it make the sound when it is not cranked all the way. (I think what I am asking, is, does it make the sound no matter how far the steering wheel is turned?)
is the power steering fluid at the proper level?

one quick check that's pretty important: make sure your lug nuts are tightened!!!!!! loose lug nuts in the wheel will cause a "click click click" type sound at lower speeds.

as stated by

you cv (constant velocity ) joints are shot
they are what links the transmission to the wheels
not sure on replacment costs
try and listen to see if it is left or right side more
as one for each side
usually when the boots go ,it is because dirt gets in the boot covering and destroying the grease,so it wears the joints
another cause is not getting a 4 wheel alignment often 2-3 years
good luck and let us know how much

Sounds like all the grease in your CV boots have spun out. If you've been driving on this kind of condition for a while now, theres a good chance you have to change out both axle assemblies. If not, just have your cv boots replaced at a local mechanic.

possible their still is grease as the noise is from the joint binding
the grease is only to help reduce wear ( just like engine oil)
you will have to replace atleast one joint as the noise is a definate sign of damage already established
boots are only the protective covering
good luck

Thanks for helping guys. The clicking sound increase in speed as I accelerate faster while turning, the sharper the turn, the louder it will get. My car needs inspection soon, I am hoping the crack on the windshield will pass, brakes and that noise when turning will all pass....all 3 are pretty bad though.

just a thought if it has been doing this for a while you might want to change them asap
as if the linkage breaks while driving the centrifical force could do more damage than anything flying around @ a few hundred rpm's
even thought the joint is still small
sort of like the problem that ls 400's have with a power steering leak it drips on the alternator and ac compressor and causes both to go if not looked at
so better safe than sorry waiting to save a few bucks
dont' forget tell us how much

right, i had the same problem and took it to the shop to get them replaced. It drives smoother and the sound is gone, the shop i had it done at charged me 400 dollars since they knew my family. Lexus is going to rape your wallet for this. If you dont mind, you can take it to a trusted mechanic.
