Default Bleeding the brake with hand held pump

I just replaced the right rear brake hose on my 92 ES300 and wanted to know is there way to bleed the brakes without taking each tire out to each caliper to bleed it? I have a hand held vacuum pump that i bought from Autozone and wanted to know how to use this to bleed the brakes. Do i have to stick the little nozzle to the master cylinder? If so, At what pressure do have to pump the pump to bleed it? What are the instructions on how to use this? PLEASE HELP...
