Junction Produce Group Buy People
Has anyone recieved any word on when the junction stuff will be received.?..I ordered my stuff about 2 months ago on the last day of the group buy...I was hoping to get some response here since I can't reach the staff there on the phone...I have been extremely patient throughout this whole process and I still am...I, along with others who have paid money, just need to know how much longer the wait will be so at least we can mark our calendars...I spent a chunk of change on this stuff and it's hard not knowing any information at all...Shyne

JP's phone 866 toll free number is now disconnected...so only local people or people who call long distance can call...Everytime I call to find out where my $1700 stuff is, I get a voicemail that is full...I have wasted so many minutes on my cell calling junction...Everything when I spoke to them a month ago was all good and they were supposed to call me and update...I haven't seen or heard anything...I would like to have an answer, this is becoming rediculous...If I was a one man operation and couldn't provide excellent customer service, i would be smart and hire some help...There is no excuse, this is b.s....Shyne

Guys, lets keep this thread ONLY for members who are looking for updates on their Junction Produce orders. I know several members who want to get in touch with JP are having a very hard time reaching them or getting any firm updates on the status and location of their order. That needs to happen asap and is why this thread is staying open here in the Vendor forum.
PLEASE DO NOT POST here if you are not a party in the group buy. We're trying a couple of routes to get a response for those folks who ordered.

it's a publicity stunt for the forums, he set up that other thread and left out the only piece of info we all wanted to know...the date in which we will receive our stuff...Shyne

dude i think John is a great guy to talk to, but damn it sucks not being able to call him and get an update every two weeks to see whats up...we all deserve that as customers...i know i am patient and some people have been more patient than me, but i would still like to know when that plane is going to touch down on U.S. soil so i can get my hands on my stuff...Shyne
