Metro DC, dealers are very expensive here. Rates vary a lot though, my dealer is right in the middle of a very affluent area, if you go to Silver Spring or out to VA it gets cheaper.

Do you go to Pohanka?
I bought a '12 ES UL there. The place looked pretty much like a dump but they were doing construction when I was there.
Pohanka is the second biggest selling volume dealer in the northeast region.

Try taking your Lexus to a Toyota shop. They use many of the same OEM parts/filters that Lexus does, and, for routine service and some minor repairs, do some of the same work at a substantially lower cost....and Lexus usually recognizes Toyota service for warranty coverage. For actual warranty work/repairs, though, it usually has to be a Lexus shop.
I had an IS300, for example, and, for the stuff I couldn't do myself, often took it to a local Toyota shop where I was good friends with the service-manager there.

I've been to Pohanka, I've shopped there for new and CPO cars (they have a huge CPO inventory). Its too far away to use for service, and the couple of exchanges I've had with the sales department have been less than exciting lets just put it that way.

Hmm so I went ahead and looked at one of my recent invoices.
My 60k service for my IS350 cost $641.34 total.
$225.62 in parts, and $415.72 in total labor. But, they don't mention how many hours that $415.72 constitutes.
Assuming 4 hours of labor, that comes out to $103.75/hour. Assuming 3 hours of labor, it's $138/hour.
By the way, how does $641.34 rank for a 60000 mile service? Is it right around average?
