Are you content with the knowledge the dealer has or are you disappointed with the lack of knowledge they have. Some car features should be well known but it seems some dealers have no clue. With new models showing up it is understandable that some features maybe missed but this is there job to know what they are selling. If I can't get an educated answer from the dealer where should I go .... Oh I am here

I was blown away by the lack of knowledge. Lexus doesn't have a big lineup, and they really only have a few engines. Why is it so hard for them to learn the product.

 

I guess it depends on the dealer. My dealer in Alexandria VA seems very on the ball.
