Default Water Stain on Mirror

I have what look like dried water drops on my side view mirrors. I tried vinegar but that didn't work. How can they be safely removed? Thanks

Is it on the paint or the mirror?

If on paint, I'd 2000 grit wet sand....then 3M Rubbing Compound it.

If on mirror, go buy some hard water stain remover for glass.
