Hi, how do I change the setting in the car that it can unlock all the doors when I touch the handle, I did that on my IS250 and I forgot. It is an RX 2010 thanks
Go to vehicle settings and on the second screen is the area to make that change. I did it a few weeks ago. Key is to go to the second page/screen to see the options.
Its nice that Lexus have follow others and bought these LPS out onto the menu. In the old RX, you use to have bring it to the dealer or do the foot pedal and door lock button dance.
You should have a separate sheet/card of all the LPS's, if not ,they're listed in the manual. Some are owner changeable but most have to be done by the dealer. Make a list or check off the changes you want and have the dealer do them all at once when you go in for your first check-up.
It is great that they allow most to be 'owner done' with the Nav. It's more convenient for us and saves a lot of time for the dealer.

Here is the list of the setting in the Adobe pdf format:
For a 10RX350 without NAV, page 613 of the manual says you can set the smart door unlocking to do all 4 simultaneously, as the default is indeed just unlocking the driver's door when you touch the handle. You have to use the customizable menu on the steering wheel as described on page 610. Or, you can just touch the driver's side door handle first and all 4 unlock that way.
