Cloud Cruising: SB350's IS350

We just had to put this surreal photo set up for you guys to feast your eyes on. There's something preternaturally cool about a being above the clouds. Most people don't get to experience the sense of scale outside of being on top of a skyscraper or in a plane. In a way, it's similar to the feeling you get when first seeing the ocean.

Guys in the second generation IS forum will probably recognize these shots from user SB350. Not only is the scenery gorgeous, but the car is sexy too. Here are a few of his photos, with a link to the gallery at the bottom. Check it out.

Kelly Teich (Tue, 19 Jun 2012 18:57:36 -0700): Thank you everyone for the comments and thank you to the Club Lexus Editors for featuring my pictures and car, and writing the article. The location is a few miles up Gibraltar Road in Santa Barbara, CA. When there is no fog, you can see all of the city and Santa Barbara coastline, and even the Channel Islands which are about 25 miles off the coast.
Vince Grepo (Sat, 23 Jun 2012 14:30:19 -0700): when is the best time to see a view like this? :)
Anwar Clark (Wed, 27 Jun 2012 08:54:09 -0700): Hot lokin great pic
Kelly Teich (Sat, 30 Jun 2012 07:03:21 -0700): The best time is during the winter months. That is usually when visibility is the clearest off the California Coast.
