I have a 2004 RX 330 that I replaced front brakes on and now have a continuous clunking/knocking noise while applying brakes. The noise is coming from passenger side and is more noticeable as I slow down to a stop. I removed both front tires and rechecked the brake installation and checked to make sure everything was tight and installed correctly.
