I don't know what this noise is but, when i turning left or right at a slow pace and I hit the brakes I get a squeking sound coming from the front passenger side suspension. When I let off the brakes the noise goes away. Could anybody tell me what this possibly could be.

Sounds like your brakes. They tend to move around in our cars.

thanks for the info guys. i don't think it's my brakes because i had those checked out not too long ago. i had my car at a toyota dealership here in charlottesville to check out the noise because the closest lexus dealership is in richmond and they said that my sway bar bushings are worn. would that have anything to do with causing the noise?

You may need to tighten them up. But yes they can make that noise as well. Search for it, and you will see a bunch of threads on tightening them up.
