Wheel Lug Nut Torque

What is the proper wheel lug nut torque for a 99 RX300? Most cars are between 75-80, but these nuts are 21 mm and I am used to working with 17mm. Just want to make sure that the larger nuts do not require more torque. Thanks in advance.

I believe it's 76 ft/lb.
