Fullrun tires?

Fullrun tires?
Has anyone heard of them? they're cheap budget tires but im not sure if i would want them but the price you cant beat. So anyone? Fullrun HP199.

I've been changing tires for 6 years and have never once seen or heard of Fullrun tires... Stick with the Nankangs or something that's been around for a while if you need budget tires.

they are pretty loud..nankangs are also pretty good.

they stretch well and lasted me a decent amount of miles with excessive camber

yeah i heard they sound like a civic with a 5" exhaust muffler causing full of drone. lol.
