I just found these awesome Forged 3pc 20x10, 20x8.5 wheels on craiglist with 80% tread left for $1500. I just called the seller and talked to the wife and she said they were on a G35 which they just sold. I asked her if she knew who made the wheels since the craiglist add didn't have it listed. She said she doesn't know and that the wheels are boxed up right now in the garage and didn't want to open them them up. She told me the husband knows more about the wheels then she does and he will be calling me back hopefully tonight when he gets home.

The small pic is from the craigslist add, does it look like a Lorinser or Lowenhart, or ???

*edit* also in the add he said he paid over $8000 for them.

Here's some Lorinser's that look really close...

The wheels are L-Sportline. It's an oldie but goodie. The first custom wheel made specifically for Lexus cars.

Thanks ICE350, they are L-Sportline Model IV. Think it's worth the $1500 or should I keep my eyes open for something else here in the wheel classifieds?

Ya they are

I just found out they are actually 20x11 rear and 20x9.5 front.

I hope they fit without rear fender rolling. I've got the DF210 installed right now.

I wonder what the offset is. I guess if he doesn't know I'll have to do a test fit.

I'm not sure you can put an 11 in wide rear on a GS. If these were on a G35, the offset is gonna be to low as well. Only the SC430 can handle G35 offsets.
Usually, there are plenty of good deals on used whels in the classified section. Check it out.

You are 100% right, I went to his house last night and did a test fit on the rear, but it was way too aggressive and would have rubbed even if I rolled my fenders. It looked amazing though and would work for a show car, but not daily driver. I was soo bummed

Those look like Lorinsers to me. BTW what bulbs are you using for your 3000k?

I didn't realize/think they made those in those sizes w/ real aggresive offsets. I've got L-Sportline Model IV's on my GS right now and they're 20x8.5/9.5 with 44 offsets all around; pretty conservative by today's fitment standards, mine will probably get spacers at some point. It was my understanding that these were built specifically for Lexuses like Ice350 said. I was told mine were cast 3-piece as well. I love the wheels, just wish they had 1/2" more lip all around and they'd be perfect.

Too bad they didn't fit, would've been a good score at $1500.

Back in the day, fitment for Lexus spec wheels was very conservative. Actually, it wasn't really that conservative since stock offsets were 50.
Since you love your wheels just get some hubcentric spacers and see if that works. Not regular spacers, hubcentric spacers.
