I do mine at 80lbs. 90lbs is alittle too much imo. If your car doesnt wobble or shake its fine.

76 lbs is stock. i would stay around 76-80 lbs because it's close to stock. no need to over torque your wheel lugs.

I always torque my wheels at 80ftlbs. Thats generally works on most cars.

As long as you dont get a breaker bar and apply force by jumping on the bar, you're okay with 80ftlbs

i would say warped rotors and possibly stripping the threads on the studs but this will take so effort to do that.

I do 80 ftlb as well.. btu damn.. mechanics tend to overtightne them like crazy with their airtools. I brought my car back from wheel works and it took 135 ftlb to get them off..

I torque mine to 80 lbs. I recently had my wheels balanced and I made sure the guys used a torque wrench and set it to 80 lbs.

seriously, any shop that take my wheels and just use air gun to put them on and not tq wrench to finish it, that's pretty much my last time going there..

It's always best to check you own lugs for proper torque. They can be too tight and the torque wrench just clicks, without moving the lug.

Best to loosen slightly, then tighten to the correct setting.
