Default Tire size question

Currently Im running 225/55/16 on the OEM wheels. I was wondering what effect, if any, there may be if I run 225/60/16's.

Your tire diameter will be larger, slowing you down, making your spedometer read slower than you're actually going, and increasing your MPG. You're better off going the other way and getting 245/50R16 tires.
