Default offset question...

19x8.5 +38 offset front and 19x9.5 +35 offset rear

can someone tell me if this offset is good for a 98 gs400? I know the front is good but the rear i am not sure. I dont' want any fender mods or spacers just a direct bolt on....

thanks,,

The rear is just on the border of fender mods. I think it should be OK though.

make sure you use 275, then you have a better chance of clearing. you MIGHT have to end up doing a bit fender shaving base on tire brands, etc...

Agreed. 275 would be the max. When you are at the edge like that, tire brand/build will also affect rubbing.

9.5 +35 is the same as 10 +41, relative to the fender.

With a 275 tire, you should be able to get away with simply removing the black fender arch trim.
You might need no mods at all- I am 90% confident about this, unless you use a Michelin tire (they tend to run on the 'wide' side).

I would do it.
