Default Question for those on 20's

Can you please tell me your tire specs and whether or not you feel like you are that much more prone to bending, cracking your rims.

I'm looking to get some iForged rims real soon. And can't decide between 20's or 19's. I have a 92 SC BTW....

and i think i already know the answer to this one but i figure I'd ask anyway.... can the car still handle really well with 20's?

tire specs depends on what you're looking for. Are you going with agressive offsets? My next set are probably going to have LOW LOW offsets, with a minor stretch. Thank goodness for vertex fenders!

i say 20s with your car. the ride between 19s and 20s are the same. No difference what-so-ever. Since you're on air, get 20s for sure.

oh, and yes, the car can handle well with 20's. Hehe, I speak from experience.

thats right.... you're running 20's i totally forgot... cool man.... that's what i needed... i just wanted some feedback cuz while my car certaintly isn't fast.... it sure can take corners like its on rails... and I definately don't want to lose that with bigger rims.

What tire specs were you running? I'd like to stick with a 35 series tire if i can.... and avoid 30 if possible.... i runover railroad tracks everyday to work.

Yea I'm going to be running some low offsets now that I can measure my clearances with the air ride. I might also be pulling my rear fenders if i can find a shop that can do it without messin up my paint.

So.... i guess now its just a matter of what rims to buy....... (did you know that volk made the GT-C in 20's?!?!)

245-35-20 and 275-30-20 tires. Railroad tracks are no problem. Just roll over them with ease... you can tell which ones you can fly by, and the ones where you HAVE to slow down to 3mph.

yes, GT-C's in 20's. hehe. 20's with low offsets!!!!

the GTCs are the only rims volks make in 20's i think (besides their other line-ups)

i think its coming down to either GTC's or iForged Revs, in gold.

Can anyone chime in on how 20 inch iForged rims hold up to harsh roads? I know the volks will take a pretty good beating... not too sure about iForged

it seems that alot of the "race-inspired" wheel line-ups are starting to produce 20's... i just found out Work just released the VSKF's in 20's
