Default resurrected

Have two GS friends in the market for new tread. I counciled them as following but would love to hear from other GS owners. MY LS uses a 235/45/18 SPT & I like them very much!

I could happily live w any of the following on a GS. All will wipe the floor w the RE030 you are on currently.

Goodyear F1-GSD3’s 235/45/17 @165.00 each
Pirelli P Zero M&S 235/45/17 @130.00
Hankook RS-2 Z212 245/45/17 @ 114.00 each
Kumho Ecsta SPT 235/45/17 @ 94.00 each.

Default I was in the same situation

I just bought the Toyo T1-Rs. So far, I really like these tires. My only gripe is that they really offer no rim protection even though they advertised having it. This is an imporatant feature and is the only reason I am thinking about returning them under Toyo's 500 mile 45 day test drive. Tehy reimburse for everyhting including mounting balancing.

Read my initial impressional about the tires @ https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=186097

Email me if you have questions.

Neil
