Default Read sticky, still concerned about offset..

Read Romini's sticky about offset.
Still have some questions. Don't wanna look too conservative...but not too aggressive either.
Got an offer for some 18x7.5 with +49 offsets. 225/40/18 on the front and 235/40/18 on the rears. Will these look conservative? Btw, car is an IS300 with a drop of approximately 1.5". Any opinions or help is welcome.

hey not at all man, don't feel bad, i still do what i can to answer questions.

the setup you talking about is indeed very consertive. i don't think you will have any problem putting the wheels on, but i don't think the will look perfect either. imho, if you don't want any rubbing and want to stay with 7.5, try to get offset of around 45

thanks a bunch...i had a hunch it would be too conservative...just wasn't sure.
