DRONELL wheels
Dronells are authentic Japanese wheels and are imported by a respectable firm called AKT USA. AKT also imports 5 Zigen products. If the name doesn't sound familiar, they have a white 3S-based Altezza in the US.
Hmmm...the first one is a Hammann (BMW tuner) knock-off and the second is a knock-off the Intensive Hunk...unless Dronell is the original manufacturer (I can't image they would be for the Hammann...)...
Hmmm, odd...Dronell makes some good quality wheels...I guess the Japanese economy is hitting them hard too to the point where they have to make knock-offs!
Oh well, at least they're not some crappy cast 1-piece "with a 3 piece look" type wheel!

Dronell is actually pretty nice in quality, because their wheels are manufactured by either WORK or VOLK (don't remember which one). As for the designs, sigh~..............

And with the money I saved, I got the handling goodies that let me run circles around yours

GlobeCLK: Hehehehe....maybe because we just know what's up!
Actually, there seems to be a few more people who know what's up (like GS4Will) who believe in design intergrity and principle also! Of course, there are a lot of people who just want to cheap-out on the rims and buy fakes to save a few bucks...
I wonder why Dronell would knock-off Intensive and Hamann like that...I actually love the Hamann design, but I would never put it on my Lexus as they're a BMW turner and I'm VERY MUCH against cross-branding like that. I HATE it when people put Mercedes rims (Brabus, Carlsson, AMG) or BMW rims (Hamann, Hartge, MVR) on a Lexus! There are SO MANY Japanese rims to choose from that there is no need to cross-brand like that.
Oh well, what can we do but just keep informing people?
You know what cracks me up...when I go to like Import Showoff or something and I see this accord that has like $10,000 worth of body and engine work and then they slap on $100 wheels! Like WHAT THE F*CK?
Bit: Oh yeah? I have REAL 3 piece forged rims AND coil overs AND all the TRD suspension mods...so
