Default 235's

Need some help with this one. Will some 235's fit in the front of the IS300? Im getting some 18x8.5's and Im worried that 225's are a bit small for the rim.. Any help is much appreciated

you probably would run into some rubbing problem.

what offset on 8.5 anyway, that's wide for the is3 already

Default Offset

Offset is +45... would I be better going with some 8" rims? Will 225's cover 8" rims well? Im thinking these would look sweet:

what does anybody else think? It's the BBS CH and runs 18x8 +38 offset

+45 is ok, with 235 you will rub most likely. even with 225 you might rub slightly already

8 is a lot better for 225, a lot of people use 225 on 8 for the is

8+38 in the front, i thikn it's too aggressive though

Will the tires only rub in hard turns? I really like the way the 8.5's look on my car but really want to put 235's on them..

Thanks for the help

Default BBS RK

Guess I'm also thinking I could go with these, they are 18x7.5 so I guess I could do 215's all the way around on them, but guess I would rather do 225's. They are +42 offset.

225 would work no problem, but then 7.5 imho are too narrow for the car. 8 is probably the best i would say.

yeah it's hard to fit wheels on the is3

i think even on dips you will rub if your car is lowered. on turns and up driveway, very likely you will rub too

umm...... hard to say. coz' the wheel is now right at the fender and the tires will be right there too. so i guess if you hit a dip deep enough, you will still rub?

Default Moda r6

So I decided I would go with the stock look, although I have the 11 spoke wheels that come with the sportdesign, I've decided to go with the Moda R6. Will I have any trouble with them? 18x8 +45 offset, and I went with Yokohama AVS dB S2 235/40 18YR.. They said aggresive fit, think it will rub?

8 +45 all around? i think that's a pretty good setup. if you rub, i think it's just going to be slightly
