The ABS went bad slowly, then intermittently then completely. Got the Christmas tree of warning lights , the high pitched alarm and all the codes.

I see the 10 year extended to replace the defective ABS unit. AND incredibly there is no safety recall on this centrally important safety part.

So what do you do if the dealer service says no because you are past the 2016 deadline for the primary warranty extension and what does the secondary extension actually mean. The unit is still bad and not functioning.
