Default 2013 ES350 TPMS Sensor programming after installing in tires

Long story short, I have installed new TPMS sensors (all 4) in my 2013 Lexus ES350 without programming them (AFAIK). How do i program these sensors without having to take them out from the tires?

So, I bought a set of 4 TPMS sensors from Rock Auto Schrader 33700 (https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...choice=0-0-0-1). I did not read the sensor information clearly and also did not understand the process completely and got these installed in the tires at Discount tires (25$ each tire) without having programmed them (What does programmed sensors even mean?) . Now how do I program these sensors without having to take them out from the tires. I have the TP150 tool. Can't we copy the sensor IDs from the OBD and load into the sensors. For some reason, the TP150 is not able to even detect these sensors when I get near to each of these sensors outside the tire?

Thanks,
