New w/ minor shipping damage. One wheel had a chip in the chrome paint (SBC type finish) on the tire side of the lip which I sanded out and primed until I figured out what I was going to do with it.

It is what it is and the price is what they're worth to me. Retail was a few Yen short of $8K by current exchange rates. Only set in the U.S. AFAIK.
